I'm Yen-Chen Chou — a Staff Applied Scientist at a Fortune 500. I have engineering depth, end-to-end ML skills, and business judgment built from the front line of real AI implementation. My core role is to advise and shape how departments across the company adopt AI and ML — work that has driven hundreds of millions of dollars in business impact. I'm not a pundit. I'm not a pure researcher. I'm still in it.
